General Terms

When you apply for a degree at our website, you agree for our terms and conditions according to which, you declare that the name of the person you mention in our application form is real and a living person and has relevant prior life experience as per University’s criteria and policies mentioned on our website. In case you are filling in our application form on someone else behalf, you will have to declare that you are doing so with the full consent of that person. You will also have to declare that neither you nor any other associated person is impersonating some one else and all the information that you provide us will be 100% true. You must also declare that all the documents that you receive from University will be utilized for your personal use.

You will also have to agree that the University has the right to cease its service agreement with you or invalidate any documents that it has provided you or any transaction that it has carried out with you with or without any prior notice, if you violate any accepted terms of service. Once the service agreement is invalidated, you agree not to utilize any documents or information provided by the University and also to return the honor and all additional documents to the University at your earliest.

You will also agree that in no event, University will be held liable as a result of an agreement or any other situation, which involve you and University, which exceeds the tuition and the processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability has arisen.

Shipment and Delivery

We offer free urgent shipment via DHL. (For a limited time period, we have waived our shipment charges worth $40 for US and $80 for international addresses).

We send all degree packages at the address specified by the clients while filling in the order form. Delivery of all the degrees may take around 5 business days, depending upon the location of the customer (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Remember, the reasons behind the late orders' delivery may be:

Credit card approval must be received prior to further processing.

•

Overnight orders placed after 8 am are processed the next day.

Undelivered Orders

	In some cases the degree packages are returned to the university because of incorrect address provided by the customer. In that case, no refund is provided. If the order is returned once, the same order will not be re-shipped in any case. However, if the client would still like to receive the same package that was once returned, he/she has to pay an additional shipping cost. If the customer thinks that the order cannot be delivered as addressed within the estimated delivery date or he/she has not received a confirmation mail of its refund, he/she may contact us through our 24-hour customer support center.

Pricing Policy

	The prices for each package (given on the site) include free shipment.

Change in Particulars

	We keep record of all your particulars. Any change in the particulars is offered free of charge. However, if you want to obtain your documents with revised particulars, then you will be required to pay an additional amount. The pricing details are given on the personal area, whereas you can also contact us for details.

Refund Policy

•	We provide 100% refund if your credit card is erroneously charged.
•	We provide 100% refund if you do not qualify for the degree program to which you apply.
•	We deduct 15% service charges if you cancel your order before its shipment.
•	We provide no refund once your degree package is shipped at the specified address.
